The Telugu Desam party had historically produced some of the most efficient and progressive MPs in the country. Even now this rich lineage is continuing with the likes of Lavu Krishna Devarayulu, Rammohan Naidu, Pemmasani Chandrasekhar and others.
Coming to the topic, the latest rankings that were issued for MPs from Andhra Pradesh for their performance in the Lok Sabha for the year 2024-25 are out.
As expected, it is the TDP, which is on the top as its MP Lavu Krishna Devarayulu has been ranked number one when it comes to the number of questions asked in the parliament and overall attendance.
According to the official data, this young TDP MP had registered 83.82% attendance in the Lok Sabha this year. Along with that, he took part in 22 discussions in the Parliament while asking 67 questions. These numbers have collectively kept him on the top of the list as he is the best performing MP from Andhra Pradesh.
Apart from that, we have union ministers, Ram Mohan Naidu, and Chandrashekar, who are also amongst some of the most efficient MPs in the country. It is good to see TDP continuing its legacy of historically holding fort in the Parliament.
